These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Walking with Jesus, concerning your access to and use of the Walking with Jesus mobile application.
You agree that by accessing the application, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the application and you must discontinue use immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the application (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
The Content and the Marks are provided in the application "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the application and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
By using the application, you represent and warrant that:
The application may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials, including but not limited to journal entries, reflections, and personal notes.
You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User-Generated Content you post to the application. By posting User-Generated Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User-Generated Content solely for the purpose of providing the application's services.
You may not access or use the application for any purpose other than that for which we make the application available. The application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the application, you agree not to:
We may offer subscription-based access to certain features of the application. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the application.
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the application. We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
